Our range of services

The project involved the dismantling, transport and reassembly of all plant sections – from chip processing through gluing and the spreading system to the ContiRoll press with its cooling and stacking system. In addition, we dismantled the entire steel structure, as well as the extraction, conveyor and filter systems. Transport was carried out using numerous heavy-haul lorries and more than 100 lorry loads. Assembly at the new site in Portugal began in parallel with the dismantling work in Spain. As part of the modernisation, we expanded the spreading system to include MDF spreaders, modernised the press with new components and extended it by around 6.5 metres.
