On behalf of our client Siempelkamp LLC, we are carrying out the installation of an MDF moulding and pressing line at the Willows site in California for the end customer CalPlant. The project poses particular challenges in terms of planning and execution due to extensive regulatory requirements relating to health, safety and environmental protection.

Our range of services
Our services include the mechanical assembly and electrical installation of the entire production line. This comprises the MDF moulding and pressing line, featuring a 35-metre-long ContiRoll® press, the cooling and destacking system, a large-capacity stacking warehouse, as well as a sanding line, a cutting line and a packaging line. Furthermore, we meet all project-specific requirements regarding certifications, safety regulations and local regulatory requirements.
