For our client Homanit, we installed a new HDF moulding and pressing line for the production of thin boards at their site in Krosno Odrzanskie, Poland. The project involved the complete installation of key sections of the plant.

Our range of services
We carried out the installation of the sizing system, including the tank farm and pipework, the spreading system and the moulding line with a 28-metre-long ContiRoll press. In addition, we installed all ancillary equipment, such as secondary heating, hydraulic systems and fire-extinguishing systems. Furthermore, we installed the vapour extraction system, the vapour purification system, and the cooling and de-stacking equipment. We provided the necessary heavy-duty lifting equipment for the installation of components weighing up to 35 tonnes.
