On behalf of our client Pfleiderer, we carried out the replacement of heating plates on an existing Siempelkamp ContiRoll press in Poland. The work was carried out in confined spaces and required precise planning and specialised lifting equipment.

Our range of services
In preparation, we repositioned a pre-press weighing around 100 tonnes to create the necessary working space. We provided a special lifting frame for the removal and reinstallation of the heating plates. Following dismantling, the heating plates were transported to Germany for refurbishment and subsequently reinstalled. Thanks to the efficient execution of all the work, production downtime was kept to a minimum.
