For our client C. F. Maier, we installed a hydraulic top-piston press in Königsbronn for the production of sheet moulding compounds (SMC). The particular challenge was to carry out the work whilst production was still underway.

Our range of services
In addition to assembling the press’s mechanical and electrical components, we also installed the complete die-changing system, including the transfer carriage and heating system. Thanks to detailed planning and close coordination with the customer, all the work was carried out without interrupting ongoing production.
