On 1 February 2019, Kurt Schuhmacher GmbH & Co. KG took over FMT Instandhaltung GmbH and thus FMT’s location in Meerbusch near Düsseldorf, as reported by EUWID, a specialist trade publisher, in an article published on 14 February 2019.
